I'm trying to gather up evidence against 800notes.com, so if anyone has any experience with dealing with "Julia Forte", please contact me.

Julia Forte of 800notes.com is not who she says she is.  The owner of the website is actually a guy named Joshua Lunsford. He actually spoofs the calls he makes to trick people into thinking that he is actually a she named "Julia Forte."
